The Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) are administered by the Department of Human Services (DHS) and provide the Community Services sector with a step by step approach to quality improvement – the framework being to assist with an organisation’s business systems, management practices and service delivery.
ECAAS is an approved ASES External Assessor with broad depth of experience partnering with organisations within the community service sector, and currently certifies a number of non-government organisations to internationally accredited Quality standards.
